Multi purpose weight backpack for freediving and spearfishing

The H2O Weight Backpack is a versatile and highly functional system designed for carrying diving weights in freediving and spearfishing, as well as for use as a buoyant support vest during swimming and training. The internal pockets can hold standard diving weights or weight plates, and they can also be used for storing diving permits or small essentials. If a pocket is empty, you can place wrapped snacks inside and enjoy them during long diving sessions.

Universal size with instant adjustment

The H2O Backpack is completely adjustable thanks to its flexible strap system. With a single pull, the backpack can be resized instantly to fit any diver from XS to 4XL. This makes it truly universal and suitable for family use, club equipment, or personal gear setups that need flexible sizing.

The backpack features six internal pockets designed for standard one kilogram weights or one kilogram plates. The bottom two pockets can also hold two kilogram weights, allowing a maximum total load of up to eight kilograms. All weight pockets are flexible and expand to accommodate different weight shapes and combinations.

High quality neoprene construction

Made entirely from neoprene, the H2O Weight Backpack conforms naturally to the body and remains comfortable even during extended dives. The back side of each weight pocket is reinforced with nylon fabric to increase strength and prevent tearing. The shoulder section is additionally reinforced with a highly durable nylon material, extending the lifespan of the backpack significantly. This is especially important because the shoulder area is the most stressed part and typically fails first in lower quality backpacks.

Maximum safety underwater

The H2O Weight Backpack is designed with diver safety as the top priority. It is worn so that the straps cross over the chest, and by releasing a single buckle, the entire backpack can be dropped instantly. This makes it much safer than many traditional weight vests that cannot be discarded quickly.

The backpack is equipped with a safety whistle, D rings on both shoulder straps, and a rear loop. Attached to the loop by an elastic cord is a round float that is positioned under the weight belt. This provides two major advantages. First, the weight belt and backpack are not physically connected, allowing quick belt release in an emergency. Second, the float placed under the belt prevents the backpack from sliding up toward the neck when diving head first.
